Sarah was baptised on 5 September 1847 at Creeting St Mary. She was the daughter of Thomas Abel and Sarah Lockwood.[1]
She married Edmund Dolphin on 6 August 1866 at Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa.[2]
