Biography

Robert Leo Abel was born April 14, 1920 in Helena, Lewis and Clark, Montana, United States. He was a son of Robert Dawson Abel and Alma Alvian Moore.

In 1939, Robert was an aviation student and was employed at Saint John's Hospital in Helena, Montana. He burglarized a thrift market; stole groceries and cigarettes valued at $10. Restitution was made. He was arrested and convicted March 29, 1939 for burglary. He was sentenced to two years at Montana State Prison. He was prisoner number 12458.

Robert married Patricia Rosemary Munroe on November 30,1940 in Great Falls, Cascade, Montana, United States.

Robert died December 4, 1994 in Helena, Lewis and Clark, Montana, United States.
