Biography

John was born in 1848. He was the son of Masterson Abernathy and Mary Donaldson. [1]

He married Rosa Beckham in 1874. [2]

In 1900 he was living with his mother in Limestone, Texas. [3]

Rosa was living in the same town but with her sister Nellie Jackson. [4]

He passed away in 1915. [5]

John is buried at Abernathy-Cogdell Cemetery, Limestone County, Texas.
