Frederik Nicolaas Lucretius Amerson was born on the 11th of February, 1779, in the town of Ottoland. He was born to Gerhard Oswalt Aberson, the minister in the Hervormde Kerk of Ottoland, and Hester Paulina van Horbag, his wife. He was baptised in the Hervormde Kerk of Ottoland on the 17th of February, 1779. [1][2]
Marriage and Children
He married Marie Henriette Alexandrine Pichot on 28 Oct 1816, in Maastricht, Brabant, Nederland.[2] Their children included

Frederik's military career began on the 23rd of October, 1795, when he was enrolled as a Cadet in the 7th Half-Brigade.
9 May 1796: Appointed 2nd Lieutenant.
1796: In the Rhine.
1797: Sailed to Jexel (?)
1799: In Noord-Holland.
19 September 1799: Wounded by a musket ball to the right leg, at the Battle of Bergen.
1801: Camped at the Stenen Baak Lighthouse on the island Oostvoorne.
20 August 1802: Appointed 1st Lieutenant.
1803-1804: Stationed at Den Helder.
1805: At ???
28 June 1805: Transferred to the Guard of the Grand Pensionary.
1806: By the Great Army.
10 December 1808: Transferred to the Stat of the Duke of Belluno (Claude-Victor Perrin) which was commanded by Major-General Chasse at the time.
1808-1813: Stationed in Spain.
11 March 1809: Wounded by a musket ball to the left hip, and then a horse trample to the body. At Mesla Ijbor in Spain.
22 June 1809: Saved the lives of many soldiers at the Passage of Fictor (?).
25 August 1809: Appointed Captain in the 4th Line Infantry Regiment.
29 August 1809: Transferred as Captain in the Guard.
6 September 1809: Appointed Lieutenant-Colonel of the 2nd Line Infantry Regiment.
Fransche Dienst
1 January 1811: Incorporated into the French 123rd Line Infantry Regiment after the annexation of Holland into France.
6 August 1812: Led a convoy of 500 men, and was attacked by an army of 3,500 men and 2 units of artillery. No losses were suffered.
12 September 1812: Incorporated into the 130th Line Infantry Regiment.
1 May 1813: Appointed Major of the 155th Line Infantry Regiment.
1813: In Saxony, Silesia, and the Rhine.
2 July 1813: Made a Member of the Legion of Honour due to his conduct in Spain.
23 August 1813: Bruised on the right thigh after fighting at the Combat of Goldberg.
16 October 1813: Wounded by a musket ball to the left foot at the Battle of Wachau.
19 October 1813: Wounded by a bayonet stab to the left foot (3 days after a musket ball to the left foot!!) at the Passage of Leipzig, and then through the river (?).
1814: In France and the Pyrenees.
10 January 1814: Appointed Commander of two battalions, composed of the 115th and 143rd Line Infantry Regiments from the 4th Division of the Reserve Army.
11 May 1814: Dismissed from service.
Nederlandsche Dienst
26 May 1814: A monthly allowance began to be paid out to Frederik.
18 October 1814: Appointed Lieutenant-Colonel of the 13th Infantry Battalion of the Dutch Standing Army.
1815: In the Netherlands and in France.
6 April 1815: Appointed 2nd Colonel of the above.
11 August 1815: Awarded the Military Williams Order, 3rd Class for his service at the Battle of Waterloo.
8 October 1815: Appointed Commander of the 10th Netherlands Infantry Division.
22 October 1817: Paid 10,394.875 francs, or 4,911.58 gulders for his service at Waterloo.
27 August 1820: Appointed Colonel of the same.
5 May 1825: Appointed General-Major and Deputy Commander at Amsterdam.
3 March 1829: Appointed Inspector-General of the Military Police.
23 December 1830: ????
27 April 1840: Pensioned, by royal decree.
Death
Frederik Nicolaas Lucretius passed away on 6 Jul 1859, in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherland, at the age of 80.[26]
