Biography
Foster, or Forester, Abney was born on 22 January 1895 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [1] He was the son of Larkin Abney and Telithia Alice "Allie" McGuire. [2] [3] He married Laura M. Allen. [4] [5] [6] He registered for the World War I and World War II Drafts. [7] [8] He passed away on 09 April 1983. He was interred in Oak Hills-Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Rockcastle County, Kentucky. [1]
