Biography
When Sarah 'Sally' Cornelia Abraham was born on September 5, 1869, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, her father, Lot, was 31, and her mother, Sarah, was 28. She married William Howard Waugh on September 28, 1892, in her hometown. They had seven children during their marriage. She died on August 2, 1943, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 73, and was buried in Somerset, Texas.
