Biography

Esther was born 10 September 1888 in Ormanville, Wapello County, Iowa.

She was the daughter of Peter Abrahamssen "Abraham" and Bengta Bengtsdotter "Betsey Benson".

Esther married Arthur Thompson 6 January 1909 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa. They had 3 children.

Esther passed away 4 December 1917 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa from Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Her illness lasted approximately 9 weeks. She was buried 6 December 1917 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Ridge Township, Wapello County, Iowa.
