Convicted at Norfolk, Norwich City Quarter Sessions and Oyer and Terminer of grand larceny[1]
William Abrahams was convicted to transportation for 7 years at Norfolk at the Norwich City Quarter Session on the 9th of January, 1827, and departed Portsmouth via the ship Asia on 13 August 1827. He arrived in Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania) on the 7th of December.[2][3]
He was killed by Aboriginals on the 3rd of October, 1831.[3] This was during the period of Tasmania's "Black War."
