The marriage source noted above has John Abram's father as Richard Abram NOT Lawrence Abram. The birth record shows Lawrence and Ellen. I think this may be a conflated record for two different people. Williams-27459 14:26, 17 January 2018 (EST)

Marriage image looks like OCT 1st 1839. John and Alice are both "full age", a bachelor and a spinster. Both reside in Banks. John is a weaver. His father Richard also a weaver. Alice's father John is a farmer. [4]
