Biography

Celia was born about 1879. She was the daughter of Isaac Abrams and Esther Unknown.^[1][2] She married David Shafer in 1901.^[3] They had two children:

1. Herbert David^[4][5]
2. Hortense Hannah^[6]

Celia was widowed in 1942.^[7] She died in 1963.^[8] She was buried at Home of Peace Cemetery in Lakewood, Washington.^[9]
