Marie Aspasie Abshire was born on January 6, 1816 at or near St Martinville, St Martin Parish, Louisiana to Theophile Abshire and Marguerite Touchet. [1][2] [3]
She married Benjamin Hargrave on 2 November 1829 in Lafayette, Louisiana.[2][4]
They had the following children:
