Sybil Abson was born in 1908 in Prahran, Victoria, the daughter of Eva Abson and Stanley Raymond Wilton.^[1][2]

Under the name Sybil Stanley, she married Roy Vickers in 1931.^[3]

Sybil married Henry Charles Sharpe in 1949.^[4]

Sybil Sharpe died in 1987 in St Arnaud, aged 79.^[2]
