The baptisms of some of his children by wife Christina Wies/Weiss can be found in the records of Reformed churhes of Stone Arabia(Montgomery Co.) and Albany, New York. DNA for these Tests was provided by known Descendent Roy Acker. It is now proven that Johannes and Christina had at least 3 Children Johan, Adam and Hannah.

Johannes returned to Dutchess County and settled in the Beekman precinct where his name appears on the Tax Lists from 1756-1778. Further information can be found in the Ackert portion of The Settlers of the Beekman Patent, by Frank J. Doherty. [1]
