Milton Ernest “Bill” Acker

ACKER, Milton Ernest “Bill” - Age 93, of Tacna, Arizona passed away December 17, 1997 in Yuma, Arizona. He was born July 24, 1904 in Comanche County, Texas. Mr. Acker had retired as the manager of an automobile parts store in Medford, Oregon and had been a forest ranger and a rancher. He had been a past member of Masonic Lode #148 of Riddle, Oregon, a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Scottish Rite Body. He is survived by his wife, Zalda Acker; two daughters, Joyce Pasley of Tacna, Arizona and Betty Love of Mesa, Arizona; a sister, Pauline Ritzman of Chehalis, Washington; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 20, 1997 at 1 p.m. at Sunset Vista Funeral Home in Yuma, Arizona. Chaplain Carroll Harkness will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunset Vista Cemetery in Yuma, Arizona. Sunset Vista Cemetery & Funeral Home (Telephone 1-520-342-2800) is in charge of arrangements.
