Biography
Charles was born in 1876. He is the son of George P Ackerman and Alice Hurn.
On 13 Aug 1896 at Sandusky, Erie, Ohio, Charles married Augusta Wilhelmina Stuewe born on 13 Aug 1878 at Rummelsburg, Pomern, Germany. She is the daughter of Robert and Magdalena (Ahlers) Stuewe. She died on 02 Jun 1941 at Marion, Ohio. Among their children are:
- Genevieve Alice, b. 30 Jan 1897 in Sandusky; m.Charles McDonough
- Francis
- Charles Henry, b. 15 Jul 1907 in Marion; m. Helen Logan
- Mary, m. Daniel Dineen
After the death of his wife, Charles went to California where he died.
