Biography
Amy Alice Ackland was born on 9 Nov 1885 at Aldgate, South Australia. She was the daughter of Richard Ackland and Esther Fisher[1]
She married George Thomas Stone (the fifth son of Charles William Stone, late of Dublin) on 9 September 1907 at the residence of Mr James Fisher in Walkerville, South Australia by Pastor F. Althorp[2].
They had two sons.
In the 1939 Australia, Electoral Rolls (1903-1980) Amy Alice Stone (home duties) was living at Ceduna, Streaky Bay, Grey, South Australia with her husband George (a fruiterer).
Amy died at the age 84y on 2 Sep 1970[3].
