2 20 Sep 1814, served at Sackett's Harbor, and was discharged on 12 Nov 1814. He. received 40 ac. of "bounty land" in 1850 and 120 ac. more in 1855, as his. brothers had. His widow, Catherine, applied for and was granted a pension of. .00 per month in 1878. She was living with son James in 1880. Adam was a far-. mer in Columbia Twp. He was 5ft. 8in., 155 lb., and had blue eyes. Info and refs. are from ECKLER Family book.
