Edward Acworth was born in Lewisham, Kent, England.

Edwin Herbert was born[1] in 1863 in Lewisham, London, England. He was the son of Louis Acworth and Emma Abbott.

Edwin Herbert is in the 1871 and 1881 Census returns for Louis Raymond Acworth.

Edward (Edwin) Herbert emigrated to Brisbane, Australia with his parents Louis Raymond Acworth, Emma Abbott and siblings William Alfred and Evelyn Rosina on the SS Duke of Buccleuch arriving Brisbane on 3 March 1885.

Possibly visited Darlinghurst Gaol in 1896[4] where an Edward Acworth was sentenced on 24 April 1896 to 24 hours detention for being 'Drunk'.

Edwin Herbert was on the electoral roll[5] for Toombul, Lilley, Queensland, Australia in 1913.

Edwin Herbert Acworth died on 2 October 1936 in Queensland.
