Biography
William was born about 1667. He passed away in 1685.
William was a Covenanter martyr who was killed by soldiers of the British Army in 1685. His grave is marked by a memorial .
A William Adam ‘servant to John Alexander’ in Crofthead in Mauchline parish, Ayrshire, was listed on the published Fugitive Roll of 1684.
