Biography

Franz Wilhelm, known as William was born on 19 February 1834. He was christened on the same day at Olpe Stadt, Westfalen. He was the son of Joseph Adam and Maria Cramer. [1]

In 1870 he was recorded in the houshold of his brother Francis at Detroit, Wayne, Michigan, United States. [2] He was also listed in the city directory for that same year with a street address and his brother was listed at the same address[3]. He was listed on both records as a tailor.

William passed away 23 September 1875 and was buried in Mount Elliott Cemetery, Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, United States[4]
