Judith was born the fifth child of Dr. Matthew and Sarah (Knight) Adams, born April 2, 1716 in Newbury, Massachusetts. She married Edmund Little March 18, 1735 in Newbury. The couple had ten recorded children, nine of which survived to adulthood. Judith died September 7, 1784 in the section of Newbury that would become West Newbury and is buried in the Crane Neck Hill Cemetery.
