They lived in Montgomery County in 1910 with their children Sidney and Wilbur[4]. In 1920 they lived with George's sister Mary Lee and family in Mount Vernon, Montgomery County[5]. In 1930 they lived in Mount Vernon, with Buck, Seward, Willie, Evelyn, and Lee[6].
Willie died of malarial fever at the age of sixteen[7].
By 1940 only their daughter Evelyn was still living with them in Montgomery County, as well as a hired hand named Tillman Prye[8].
She died 14 February 1969 and was buried in Cooper Cemetery, Ailey, Montgomery County, Georgia[1].
