Thomas Ford Adams (1791-1875) was the son of Thomas Adams (Rev War Service) and Sarah "Sally" Ford. Thomas lived in Georgia for most of his life.
Marriage
Thomas married twice:
1.The young widow of John Crawford (1791-1815), Henrietta "Ritta" Haley (1792-1843), daughter of William Haley and Mary Turman.
Their known children are:
"Circa 1825 Henrietta and Thomas separated. They reunited in 1829 had another son. Before 1830 were again separated.
2. A month after the death of Henrietta, Thomas married Elizabeth Jenkins, the woman he had been keeping company with for 13 years, and most likely the reason William Haley (father of Henrietta) did not name Thomas F. Adams in his will (written late 1830."[2]
They had at least two children:
Thomas passed away 15 Feb 1875 in Milton, Georgia. [4]
