Charlotte Adams was baptised on 3 January 1798 at St. John in Coventry (Warwickshire).[1] Her parents were Michael Adams and Joice Lewis.

Charlotte married John Bateman on 15 April 1823 at St. Nicholas in Warwick (Warwickshire). The witnesses were James Morris and Emma Bateman.[2] Charlotte and John had the following children:
Emma Bateman was baptised on 30 July 1824 at St. John, Coventry, of Spon Street.[3]
John Bateman was baptised on 27 December 1825 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[4]
George Bateman was baptised on 8 June 1827 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[5]
Mary Bateman was baptised on 11 May 1829 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[6]
Eliza Bateman was baptised on 6 June 1831 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[7] Eliza later married William Robert West.
Henry Bateman was baptised on 28 January 1833 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[8]
Edward Bateman was baptised on 3 June 1835 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[9]
Mark Bateman was baptised on 14 June 1837 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[10]
Josiah Bateman was baptised on 4 September 1839 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[11]
Stephen Bateman was baptised on 28 July 1841 at St. John, of Bishop Street.[12]
Charlotte Bateman passed away on 23 January 1884 in Coventry.[13]
