Biography

Samuel Adams, son of [Adams-406] Jeremy Adams was baptized 23 November 1645 in Hartford, Connecticut. Jeremy was married to Rebecca Taylor when Samuel was born.^[1]

Samuel died before 16 July 1653. Thomas Greenhill, half brother of Samuel Adams, was heir to his father's lands. His will dated 16 July 1653, names his heirs: his sister Rebeckah Shepherd, his mother, and "her Children, that is to say, to her son John Addams & to her 3 daughters, Hanna, Hester & Sarah,"^[2] Samuel was not listed.

Notes

Although many of the links go to a private tree, I checked The Ancestry trees for Samuel Adams b. 1645 died 1661. Most of them have him as a child of Jeremy Adams and Rebecca Taylor Baseden Greenhill. There aren't two of them.
