Biography

Carl Öberg was born on September 6, 1815 in Nora bergsförsamling, Örebro, Sweden.^[1] He is a son of Adam Öberg and Catharina Persdotter.^[2] After his father's death he moved to Bröstorp with his brother.^[3] He moved to Åshyttan.^[4]

He married Anna Stina Carlsdotter on 6 May 1837 in Nora.^[5] They lived in a backstuga (A small home often built into a hillside.) in Vikers. They had a child there:^[6][7]

1. Anders Gustaf- b. 30 Sep 1837

They moved to Skrikarhyttan as crofters.^[8] The family moved to Södra Ånnaboda in Tysslinge in 1843.^[9][10] They were crofters and had more children there:^[11][12][13]

1. Maria Ulrika- b. 29 Mar 1847
2. Christina Charlotta- 19 Jul 1853

Carl died on November 5, 1857 at Södra Ånnaboda in Tysslinge, Örebro, Sweden.^[14]
