Biography

Ella was born on March 16, 1900, in Shelbyville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of James Frank Adcock and Mary Elizabeth Freeman.[1]

She married John Frank Puckett on February 1, 1919, in Bedford County, Tennessee.[2] Together, they had two daughters: Johnnie Mildred and Jessie Lee. John and Ella divorced after 1940.

She passed away on May 30, 1971, at her home in Toledo, Ohio.[3] She was buried in the New Bethel Cemetery.[4]
