Children: unknown. Birth Town Maulden. Convicted and sent to Van Diemans Land to serve 10 years. Sailed on 3rd June 1841 on the "David Clarke", 308 on board. Married in Hobart Town in 1851 to Ann NcDonald, fellow convict from Aberdeen, Scotland. Ann was sentenced to 7 years for theft and travelled to Australia on the "Garland Grove"in 1841. 180 on board. Ann died at Green Ponds Tasmania on 5 Dec 1866 No children recorded.
