Albert Adkins was the son of Charles Milton Adkins and Mary Ann Messenger.
Albert married first Nellie Hill on 23 Feb 1917 in Kanawha County, Virginia.
Albert Adkins married second on 12 March 1921 in Cabell County, West Virginia, Grace Lillian Altizer, the daughter of Emory Altizer and Cora Christian.
In 1930 the family resided in Barboursville, Virginia. [1]
