Biography

Phillip was born on May 14,1864 at Smokey Creek in Scott County, Tennessee. He was the son of Sterling Adkins and Motlaney S. ( Low ) Adkins. He married [[Trammell-200 | Mary Ann Trammell] on February 19, 1888 in Scott County. He passed away on September 12, 1938 at Buffalo in Scott County.
