Ima Viola Adkins was born in 1903 to Jasper Newton Adkins and Florence G. Clark in Bastrop County, Texas. ^[1]

1910 US Census - 6 year old Ima V. Adkins living in household of her parents Jasper Adkins 35 and Florence G. Adkins 25 along with three sisters Artie M. 13, Mitten J. 5 and Ella V. Adkins 2 in Bastrop County, Texas. ^[2]
