Biography
William was born in 1872 in Canada. His parents died when he was young so he was raised by his maternal grandparents. His grandparents moved from Ontario to Michigan and eventually settled in Tuscola County. After his marriage lived at Bay Park, a small community on Lake Huron. Will was a carpenter and built boats, fishing spears, and other items. Later he built a house next to his daughter Nina on Monroe St. in Unionville, Michigan. He passed away in 1956, and is buried at Hickory Island Cemetery.
