Oscar Adler was born on 31 October 1933 in Fulda, Hessen-Nassau, Preußen, Deutsches Reich (Prussia, Germany), son of Max Adler (1900 - 1971) and Rosa (Nussbaum) Adler (1907 - 2004).
His parents fled from the Nazi regime and emigrated with him from Cuxhaven, Germany to New York, USA on the vesssel 'Hansa'. (Arrival: 12 May 1939)[1]
Oscar passed away, aged 81, on ✡ 24 September 2015.
