Robert was born about 1860. He is the son of Robert Agnew.
In 1880 Robert Agnew was a gardener at the Moate Strandtown,
Robert Agnew married Bella Thompson on 2 August 1884 at Belfast. [1] Fathers Robert Agnew and William Thompson, both labourers. Witnesses William Cochran and M.A. Miller.
In 1885 the Agnew family lived in Strandtown, County Down, Ireland, where daughter Mary was born. Robert was a labourer.
In 1893 Robert was now a Cow Keeper when son John was born.
In 1898 the Agnew family lived in 13 Dundela Crt, Belfast, County Down where son Thomas was born. Robert was a dairy man.
Robert passed away in 1908 [2], aged 48, married & a gardener, at home at 8 Cassidys Terrace, Victoria (Belfast), Co. Down. Sister Sarah Campbell, who lived next door at #10, was present at his death. [3] He was buried at the Dundonald Cemetery, Belfast.[4]
