Biography

Anna Albaugh or Albach was born in 1726 in Flammersfeld, Altenkirchen District, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, a child of Zachariah Albaugh or Albach and Anna Shumann.
Alternate place of birth: Ahlback, Germany.[1]
On 23 September 1734, when she was a child, she migrated (with a family of eight) from Rotterdam, Netherlands to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the ship "Hope.".[2]
In 1760, when she was in her thirties, she married John Arnold in Frederick County, Maryland. [3].
She bore him three known children, two sons and one daughter:
  1. Daniel Arnold
  2. Samuel Arnold
  3. Margaret Arnold
Before 1785, she died of unknown causes in Frederick County.
