Oscar was born in 1870. Oscar Ahnberg ... He passed away about 1949.[1]
It's most likely that this is the family in census 1880, but head of family is Otto Fredrik - not Otto Theodore. The son Oskar Teodor is not born in Västervik, he is born i Lofta but his older siblings is born in Westrum, it might be a misreading.

Between 1866-1876 the family resides in Häggs Qvarn, Lofta, Kalmar.[3]
Between 1877-1882 the family still resides in Häggs Qvarn but the father Otto Fredrik dies in 1882. [4]
Between 1882-1891 The widow, Matilda Johansdotter and her son Oskar Teodor and her daughter Anna Maria still lives in Häggs Qvarn until 1886 when Matilda and Anna Maria moves to SKymmerstad nr 3, Klara källa, still in the same parish - Lofta.
The son Oskar Teodor is not coming with them, instead there is a note that he leaves for Amerika in november 1886.[5]
So at the age of 16 he is heading of to Amerika [6]
In 1894 his mother Matilda Johansdotter also emigrates to Amerika [7]
