Biography
Like the rest of his family he worked in the family business E F Ahrens and Sons, though when he registered for the draft September 18, 1918 he was working in a truck industry[1]
He married Pansy Marie Frey (1898-1972). Their known children are: Trabert, Phyllis Jane, Mary, Lewis Lark who died in infancy and a child who did not survive birth.
He died in Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia of carcinoma of the lung[2] and is buried in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, York, York County, Pennsylvania, USA [3]
