Olive Edith Ainsworth was born on 27 February 1887 at the Nambucca River, New South Wales. She was the daughter of John Ainsworth and Eliza Smith. ^[1]

She married Charles Stanley Seamark on 21 August 1907 at Macksville, New South Wales. ^[2]

She died on 3 October 1973 at Macksville, New South Wales and was buried at Macksville Cemetery. ^{[3] [4]}
