Name
The birth index gives the name as Walter but the death index is Henry Walter. I have chosen to use Walter Henry as the first names with, Henry as the preferred Name. A copy of the birth certificate is required to resolve this issue.

Walter suffered from Amentia (mental imbecility) from birth and was never able to earn a living. He lived at 65 Portrush Rd, Monreith with his brother, Andrew.
