Stanley Aitchison was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

Stanley Felix Aitchison was born in 1893 in Seymour, Mitchell Shire, Victoria, Australia. His mother was Fanny Harris (Harris) Aitchison (1862 - 1933).

Private Stanley Felix Aitchison enlisted into the Australian Imperial Force (AIF) on the the 19th of December 1915. His Next of kin was listed as his mother, Mrs F Aitchison of Massingham Street, Kellerberrin, Western Australia. Stanley was assigned to the 28th Battalion, 7th Reinforcements and this unit embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia, on board HMAT A7 Medic on the 18th of January 1916. He would go on to serve as a Private with the 17th Field Ambulance and returned to Australia on the 31st of October 1917. He had seen active duty on the Western Front and was awarded the British War Medal and Victory Medal.
Stanley Aitchison is an Anzac who served in World War One.

Stanley died on April 5, 1961 in Fremantle City, Western Australia aged ~67.
