Biography

The majority of my ancestral lines (pretty much all lines for three of my four grandparents) appear to trace back to settlers of colonial America, but I am working to document that for myself. My fourth grandparent was a German immigrant between WWI & WWII and I have almost no information on his family and am hitting a brick wall so far.

I started doing genealogical research a little less than two years ago so I still consider myself a newbie. I am very detail oriented so tracing the details and making sure the facts match-up comes very naturally to me and I have always loved history. I want to get more experience under my belt because I am actually very interested in becoming a professional genealogist.

Surnames in my line (not sure if there's a specific way to order this): AKARD/BEHREND REYNOLDS/GREEN HARR/HAYTER/DÜRING/DAVIS RODEFER/GALLOWAY/GODSEY/HAYTON/?/?/MORGAN/HITCH

Others - no particular order Latour/Latture, Wassom, Sells, Snapp, Droke, Foust, Cottrell, Duff Hagaman, Wiseman, George, Karrick, Paul, Marriot, Warren, Hill, Scurlock
