Biography
Dulcie Bella Akerman was born on 27 September 1922 in Northleach, Gloucestershire, her father, Francis, was 35, and her mother, Minnie, was 33. She married Arthur William Drew in December 1945. They had one child during their marriage. She died in June 1995 in Lewes, Sussex, at the age of 72
