Georgia Ann Akin was the only child born to George Robert Akin b.22 Mar 1847 in Adair Co., KY & d.13 Oct 1931 in Adair Co., KY -and to- Martha Ann Dillingham b.abt 1846 in Adair Co., KY & d.abt 1868-1869 in Adair Co., KY and who were married 2 Apr 1867 in Adair Co., KY.

Let me note that it appears that Martha, her mother, apparently died just after giving birth or slightly later because she is unaccounted for by 1870 and George Robert, her father is married again by 1870.

Georgia married Tyler Alexander Blair on 1 Jan 1885 in Adair Co., KY. Tyler was b.4 Oct 1869 in Adair Co., KY & d.4 May 1950 in Mexia, Limestone Co., TX.

They moved from Adair Co., KY to Hill Co., TX. abt 1895.
