Deborah Akin was born about March 18, 1792 in Dutchess Co., New York, USA. In about 1812 she married Newell Dodge and the couple went on to have six children.

She passed away in March 18, 1876 Elgin, Wabasha, Minnesota, USA. As sourced she was buried in Elgin Cemetery, Wabasha, Minnesota, USA.^[1]
