Rhobe was a Friend (Quaker)
Rhobe Akin was born 30d 1m 1768 [30 Jan 1768].[1][2] She was the daughter of Thomas and Rebeccah Akin of New Bedford.[3]
She married Benjamin Taber of New Bedford, son of Benjamin and Hannah Taber of New Bedford, on 7d 9m 1787 [7 Sep 1787].[3]

Her date of death prior to 1812 is inferred from her husband Benjamin Taber's marriage to his second wife in that year.
