Biography
Sumner was born in 1825 in Langdon, New Hampshire. He is the son of Christopher Albee and Phebe Wilson. He resided in town until about 1850 and was a member of old town military company. [1]
He became a lawyer and settled in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He was a member of Massachusetts General Court about 1895. [1]
He married Lucy Rankin of Chester, Vermont. [2] Their children, who all died unmarried, were: [1]
