Biography

Amelia C. Albee was born about July 1826 in Franklin County, Vermont.

She married Amos Skeels Jr., and they had the following children:

Eliphalet Albee Skeels (1844-1921)

Amos Skeels III (1846-1862)

Charles Albert Skeels (1855-1925), “Casper” in some records

William Gardner Skeels (1860-1932)

She remarried (Unknown) Miner. (Unsourced)

Amelia was widowed and living with her son Charles and his family in Hampden, Massachusetts during the United States 1900 census.[1]

She died in 1906.[2]
