Biography
Geertjen was born before 1741 as a child of Albert Jans (Volders) and Jantje Jans (Pieters). Her fathers occupation was "marskramer" that's why she's also called Geertje Alberts bij de Weg. She was baptized 15-1-1741 in Onstwedde, Groningen, Nederland. [1] She married Albert Geerts Prins 5-4-1761 Onstwedde, Groningen, Nederland. [2] She lived Erve Hensums III, Veenhuizen, huisnummer 6. [3] She passed away before 1783.
