This profile has multiple citations to a resource called History of the Kip Family in America. The URLs in the citations point to a page in an online genealogy that has no information related to this person.

The only mention of this person in the book by that name that's cited is on pg. 335 (not pg. 352 as indicated in one citation) that "Jacob Kip ... married at Albany ... Rachel Swartwout who was born April 10 1669; and died about 1765, and was daughter of Roeloff Swartwout (first Sheriff of Wiltwyck at the Esopus and Justice of Ulster County, 1689) and his wife Eva, daughter of Albert Andriessen Bradt, and widow of Anthony de Hoogas." There is no mention of Eva's birth, marriage dates, or death date (all of which are footnoted to this source).

I am deleting the footnotes to this source, but keeping it on the list (as an item of possible interest).

Same person as Bradt-1. Please merge to the project-protected profile after the duplicate parents have been merged.

Bratt-231 and Bradt-1 appear to represent the same person because: Names match, same birth info, same child, death info matches except for a difference of a couple of years (understandable since records seldom exist, and dates are estimated). No parent conflicts.

Bradt-1 is the NNS project's green-line PPP profile for her, so this is ready to merge.

Bratt-229 and Bradt-1 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. These matches have been reviewed by the New Netherland Settlers Merge Approval System, and the "Green" destination NNS profile is protected as PPP, and the "Merge Pending" profile is now ready and able to be merged into it. I saved the data to the bios. Thanks!

Bratt-100 and Bradt-1 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. These matches have been reviewed by the New Netherland Settlers Merge Approval System, and the "Green" destination NNS profile is protected as PPP, and the "Merge Pending" profile is now ready and able to be merged into it. I saved the data to the bios. Also, please note that this match is a free-floating profile, with very little to prove that it is the same person. But if you will look at the bio, you will see that the marriages are there, plus a link to her daughter, Anneken DeHooges-13, which previously got merged away. This pollution of Wikitree with such free-floating profiles as this that are no longer attached to anything, and that have scanty data to match them to anything, is a direct result of far too many merges that are being proposed by Arborists, etc., before parent matches have been resolved. And so in the process of descendant merge completion, such *extra* parents get completely disconnected, and are then difficult to find and then match. Fortunately this one got found, and now hopefully resolved. But it is worth pointing out here yet again, because far too few people, especially Arborists, have a full understanding of what it means, and why it is such a critical issue. Thanks!
