Jacob Allbright married Effie Erwin on 19 October 1815 in Muskingum County, Ohio. They had 13 children: Deborah Gertrude, Elizabeth, William, Jacob, John M.,Nancy, Mary Jane, Marshal, Alexander, Sarah Ann, Effie, Eliza Jan, Amelia
Jacob & Effie (Erwin) Allbright died during the cholera epidemic in 1849. There is an account of this in the Hardesty History of Gallia County, published in 1882. And it includes their names in the list of victims and it also states their son, Alexander Allbright (It is the family's recollection that there are three unmarked graves on the family's property. Alexander's name is tentative)

Update: This Jacob is also NOT the child of Daniel A Albright and Catharine Loy. They had a Jacob who was born 13 June 1791, died 5 Mar 1847, as can clearly be seen by looking up find a grave. Please do not attache this Jacob to those parents.
